MEDICAL DEVICE
Medical devices are items that are used to diagnose, mitigate, prevent or cure diseases and are not absorbed by the body. These include implants, prosthetics, diagnostic products, imaging equipment, dispensing equipment, robotic surgical assistance, and more. We are proud to support medical device companies assemble, test, and pack their life-saving products. These machines have special requirements to ensure product quality including a rigorous machine validation audit and documentation process, and sterile stainless steel product contact surfaces.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE, eVTOL, & BATTERY
As battery technology continues to improve and reduce in cost, electric vehicle is one of the fastest growing industries with promise of emission free transport, demand reduction on fossil fuels, and self-driving vehicles. While Detroit has been known as the hub of the North American automotive industry, San Francisco is known as the hub of the North American electric vehicle industry. eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) aircrafts aka air taxis will soon fill the sky to help you skip traffic. While many common manufacturing processes are used, electric vehicles have unique processes for its battery and powertrain manufacturing.
SEMICONDUCTOR & ELECTRONICS

Semiconductor industry growth is being fueled by technology initiatives across many industries such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (Artificial Intelligence), AR (augmented reality), and autonomous vehicles. The semiconductor industry also benefits from the success of the consumer electronics industry where advancements in smartphones, smartwatches, headphones, laptops, and 4K TVs will continue. These industries are focused on machine cycle time, factory throughput, and superior product quality, which is enabled by sophisticated product design, high precision assembly and inspection, and statistical data analysis.
ALTERNATIVE ENERGY
Aside from electric batteries, there are many other alternative energy startups that are scaling up. This includes green hydrogen and solar energy production. These startups need support with product quality and accuracy during pilot phase production, and then support to meet throughput goals as they ramp to mass production.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Although Northern California is known for Silicon Valley, it has a rich agriculture industry. California’s top food products include dairy, almonds, grapes, cattle, lettuce, strawberries, and tomatoes. In addition to Napa, California has multiple extraordinary wine regions across the state. All of this food and beverage has to be processed, assembled, filled, or packed. At large factories it is common to find central control rooms with supervisory systems that can monitor and control the entire process. Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives have been moving factories towards more connected and data-rich operations. Some newer initiatives include automation of farming and restaurant kitchens.
